First Online Ministry for Disabled: Holy Communion

by Rev. Margaret Aranda, MD, Ph.D.

Welcome to a Gathering of Christians, where there is no "religion" but a non-denominational one. There are no "rules' except those imposed on us by Jesus or God, through the Holy Bible.

This Service includes Scripture readings, inspiring songs, Holy Communion (see below), prayer for an orphanage in Kampala, Uganda, and a time for you to include your own prayers. Join us in celebrating what Christ wanted: to be remembered at the time we gather ourselves together.

Video 1. One hour Service for the Disabled or Home-Bound.Includes the taking of Holy Communion, so please have
bread or unleavened bread (matza), and wine or grape juice,
or any liquid you can sip.

Many churches give Holy Communion as if it is taken to make you more Holy. It is not.
Listen to the Scripture readings below, and let the inspiration of the Holy Spirit lift you up.
Holy Communion is not for us. It is to Remind us of the Death of Christ.
But I believe the Scriptures show us how this is a "cleansing" of our bodies, and
may explain why those who do NOT participate in Communion are weak, sick, and bed-ridden.
Think about it and then think again: what do I have to lose by taking Holy Communion daily? By proclaiming Christ as my Savior, asking for forgiveness, and acting like a Christian? Seriously.

Video 2. Discourse on the Taking of Holy Communion. Scripture by scripture, we dissect what the Bible has to say about taking Communion.

These are the basic steps that we learn:

1. You must be Born Again.
2. You must ask for forgiveness of your sins, known and unknown.
3. If you have something against someone, go fix it before coming to church.
4. The flesh and blood are shed for all men, in Remembrance of Christs' death.
5. You may start anew in your walk with Christ, as you have been forgiven and rejuvenated.

Every single day is a new day,

a new opportunity to bring life, love,

and happiness into your heart, through Jesus & Communion!

Spread it to ailing, hurting, suffering, and

burden-laden hearts around you!

Let's get ourselves ready to battle so that we can be

Overcomers,

Warriors with great Double-Edged

Swords of the Word of God!!!

Thursday, May 21, 2015 Bible Study

by Rev. Margaret Aranda, MD, PhD

The Body and Blood of Christ
BIBLE STUDY THURSDAY
May 21, 2015

(The shortened url for this Study is: http://bit.ly/1IROZr6)
We pray for the Hackers that prevent us from using my FB account.
But we move on, because The Word is Christ.
The Word is Life.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God. No one will have Eternal life without accepting Him as Lord.

WELCOME:   So good to have familiar faces returning, and it brings gladness to my soul. How much happier do you think it makes God the Father, and Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, the Comforter? We could be doing anything else, yet we choose to praise the Lord! And praise the Lord we shall do! For we are not of this world, and our eyes are on the Great Jesus, and our home with Him in heaven!

Please do have one of the following available for Communion during this service, as we do not forsake the gathering of ourselves together, and we do not forsake this ‘Communion’ at Christ’s instruction, to remember Him:
1.    unleavened bread and red wine; or
2.    unleavened bread and grape juice; or
3.    bread and water,

You will have a chance to accept Christ as your Personal Savior before we take Communion. Being Born Again is more important, so it is okay. We will partake in Communion again on Sunday. Praise to the Lord!

OPENING SONGS:

   BY Matt Redman

SCRIPTURE: We are on the Book of John, Chapter 3
New American Standard Bible, Ryrie:

“To Nicodemus, 3:1-21

1.             Now there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews;
2.             This man cam to Him by night, and said to Him,  “Rabbi, we know that you have come from God a a teacher; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3.             Jesus answered and said to him, “Truly, Truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4.             Nicodemus said to Him, “How dan a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?”
5.             Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
6.             That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is both of the Spirit is spirit.
7.             “Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’
8.             The wind blows where it wishes and ou hear the sound of it, but do not know where it comes from and whee it is going; so is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
9.             Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
10.         Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not understand these things?”
11.         Truly, truly, I say to you, we speak that which we know, and bear witness of that which we have seen; and you do not receive our witness.
12.         “If I told you earthly things and you do not believe, how shall you believe if I tell you heavenly things?
13.         “And no one has ascended into heaven, but He who descended from heaven, even the Son of Man.
14.         “And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up;
15.         that whoever belives may in Him have eternal life.
16.         For God so loved the world that He gave His only bgotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life.
17.         “For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through Him.
18.         “He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe in Him is judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
19.         And this is the judgement, the at  the light is come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their deeds were evil.
20.         For everyone who does evil hates the light, and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed.
21.         But he who practices the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be manifested as having been wrought in God.””

SERMON SUMMARY: Nicodemus was THE ruler of the Jews, on the panel of the Sanhedrin.

In verse 3, “born again” literally means “born from above. (See 3:31, 10:11 and Gal 4:9 where it is used as “again.” John’s gospel intermixes the translations to a “being born anew” or a “regeneration”(Titus 3:5) occurs when God turns the believer’s acceptance into Eternal Life, becoming a new member of God’s family (1 Peter, 1:23). With it comes a new desire and way to please and love God (2 Corin 5:17).

INVITATION TO ACCEPT CHRIST: I ask you all to pray and intercede for those who are so close to accepting Christ. If you have not yet Accepted Christ, and would like to Accept Christ as your Personal Savior, please repeat out loud after me:

God, we are all sinners, and I have sinned. I know Christ came to Earth and was crucified, died, and was resurrected for my sins. I know that He waits in Heaven for The Second Coming, and those who believe in Him will be “taken up” to Heaven as the Evil One, the Anti-Christ, tries to rule the Earth and kill all Christians. I invite Christ into my life, heart, and soul right now, asking for forgiveness of all sins. Thank you for your simple and generous Grace; there is nothing more that I need to do, since Christ paid the price for my sins on the Cross. Thank you Lord, that I am now a Born Again Christian!

Just stay later or private message me (for females) or Noah Moretears (for males) to be mentored into this beautiful transition. You need to declare with your mouth, that you have accepted Christ as your Saviour. Tell someone now! Tell us here! Tell a friend! It is your testimony!

PRAYER AND DONATIONS:  We continue to pray for the homeless, the hungry, the helpless, the orphans, and all of their needs including school supplies and food. Have us help the widows, dear Lord, and all those in need during their time when they are reaching out to us. Let us have a soft heart, forever and ever. Put money in a jar or a shoebox. Amen.

DISMISSAL: Go now, telling other’s of God’s everlasting love for you. This is The Great Commission that Christ gave us, to tell the world, so that all of man and woman can be saved. We go to a place of great joy when we die; so listen carefully: we don’t die. We live on, and we will see others that have gone before us. We will smell their scent. We will reminisce but we will be too busy with Christ and joy.

May the peace that passes all understanding be with you now and always.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

  • Please STOP video.

  • WELCOME: From Washington state to Los Angeles, to the UK, to Uganda, to Ohio, Florida, and many places across the world, let us join together and say aloud, "JESUS CHRIST IS MY LORD!"
And if you don't know Him as your Personal Savior, if you have not died to yourself and become BORN AGAIN to Him, you will have your opportunity today!

  • BIBLE STUDY: We continue reading with the New American Standard Bible; many of you have the NKJ or other versions. That is ok. We are non-denominational.

  • 12. After this He went down to Capernaum, He and His mother, and His brothers, and His disciples; and there they stayed a few days
  • 13. And the Passover of the Jews was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
  • 14. And He found in the temple those who were selling oxen and sheep and doves, and moneychangers seated.
  •     Why were the moneychangers seated? Why tell us that now?
  •     They were laid back in their chairs, ready to handle money. Cash. Dinero. Business transactions. Nothing to do        with God.
  • 15. And He made a scourge of cords, and drove them all out of the temple, with the sheep and the oxen and he poured out the coins of the moneychangers, and overturned their tables;
  • 16. and to those who were selling the doves He said, "Take these thing away; stop making My Father's house a house of merchandise."
  • 17. His disciiples remembered that it was written, "ZEAL FOR THY HOUSE WILL CONSUME ME."
  • 18. The Jews therefore answered and said to Him, "What sign do You show to us, seeing that You do these things?"
  • 19. Jesus answered and aid to them, "Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up."
  • 20. The Jews therefore aid, "It took forty-six years to build this temple, and will You raise it up in three days?"
  • 21. But He was speaking of the temple of His body.
  • 22. When therefore He was raised from the dead, His disciples remembered that He said this; and they believed the Scripture, and the word which Jesus had spoken.
  • 23. Now when He was in Jerusalem at the Passover, during the feast, many believed in His name, beholding His signs which He was doing.
  • 24. But Jesus, on His Part, was not entrusting Himself to them, for He knew all men,
  • 25. and because He did not need anyone to bear witness concerning man for He Himself knew what was in man.

  • THIS is the Word of God.
  • DISCUSSION:

  • Many of us who have grown up in the church have heard this story many, many times. Yet I see insight into Christ and the manner in which this scourging took place anew.
I see it anew every time I read it, and so will you as you mature in the ways and truths of Our Lord.
  • For example, this is one epiphany I received today: How did Jesus treat the innocent animals?
  • The animals had no fault here. It was the humans that turned the temple platform into a mockery of a store, from which to purchase animals. Why did any people of this temple need an animal? We'll back up to that point first.
  •    (AUDIENCE: Amen! This is the word of God! It I truth. It is living and active.
  •                           It judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.)

  • This was the Passover, so the people did not have to travel for days with their sacrificial animal "in tow." THey could just buy it on premesis. The moneychangers were needed to change currency, since the people had one and the sellers had another curre

The prominent feature of all four Gospel readings is that Jesus becomes enraged and throws out of the temple those who were buying and selling animals and those who were exchanging currency. But who were these people and what were they doing in the Temple?
    THENAZARENEWAY.COM
Which glides us nicely into the next question: why were there so many different kinds of animals? Weren't there just supposed to be lambs? And yet the word 'lamb' is never heard.
  • The oxen and sheep were the largest animals, had more blood, and were therefore more......expensive. Their sheer weight and mass would help perpetuate motion in the direction that Christ was moving them.
  • They were almost the 'leaders" of the walk AWAY from the temple.
  • In sharp contrast, what did Christ do when he got to the people who were selling doves? Who would be the typical person that would purchase a dove for the Passover, anyway?
  • The poor.
  • So Christ was more gentle with the dove owners, knowing they were there to provide doves for the poor to buy, to participate in the Passover, too. Christ SPOKE to these people, telling them to take these things away.
  • In the name of our Lord, we thank you for the time, insight, fellowship, and learning more of you. This ends the Study portion of the Service. Thank you all for being here.

  • DONATIONS: For our sister 'grass roots' ministry in Kampala, Uganda, we ask for donations to keep coming in to Steven Mwesigwa so that his babies, his children, can have vaccines, schooling, and Bible Studies throughout their time with him. Amen.

  • INVITATION TO ACCEPT CHRIST: If you would like to accept Christ as your Personal Savior, please say so now, or contact me as I await your presence at the back of the 'church.'

  •   DISMISSAL:
Let us keep running for God, toward Him, until our souls are on FIRE for HIM and HIM alone. CLOSING SONGS:https://youtu.be/i7lv9oMjv_0
Go now, and preach the GOOD NEWS of the Lord, teaching of His love and compassion, His mighty fight for truth and righteousness, and his desire for all to come to Him. Thank you, dear Lord, for giving us the confidence we have in Jesus. Amen.
  • Go now, and pass the Word on to the lost and lonely, the prostitutes and the homeless. Take care of the widows and the homeless, for you may be feeding an angel. Thank you, Lord God.
